これらに加え、いろんなモノクロームを200枚ほどカラーライズした。それらの多くはFacebookの Ohmss Imura 等に保存している。明暗だけで構成された画像データに色が備われば、人の琴線を刺激する。白黒では解りづらい些事も明確になる。
しかし、これはまだ発展途上にあるテクノロジーである。学習データが足りない。海面はいつもエメラルドグリーンだし、アルゴリズムは東京タワーの色さえ知らない。画像修整ソフトが不可欠だ。また、カラー写真を再カラーライズすると、まったく別の結果になる場合もある。リアルが虚構に置き換わる。
この事実は、AI機械学習を理解するのに役立ちそうだ。全てをAIに委ねると現実と乖離する。過信は禁物なのである。

8月8日、財務省は6月の国際収支を発表した。経常収支は1324億円の赤字である。貿易収支は1兆1140億円の大赤字。旅行収支は受取514億円、支払431億円で、83億円の黒字だ。

厚生労働省が今年4月に発表した「衛生行政報告例」によると、新型コロナウイルスの感染拡大が始まった2020年度で、ホテル・旅館が301軒減少したことが確認できる。このうち倒産は118件だ。
また、HotelBank社の「日本全国ホテル展開状況」によると、2021年10月現在の宿泊施設数は5万4772施設で部屋数は169万4230室。その内訳と2020年1月との増減比は、旅館が1万3829施設の24万1498室で0.97%の減少。ビジネスホテルが8,791施設の82万697室で8.85%の増加。シティホテルが1168施設の19万4185室で1.38%の増加。リゾートホテルが1,650施設の12万5954室で4.74%の増加だ。コロナ禍直前の2020年1月時点の施設数は5万1987で部屋数は162万5219室だったので、施設数は2,785施設で5.36%の増加、部屋数は6万9011室で4.25%の増加となる。純日本型ビジネスモデルである旅館の衰退が見てとれるが、インバウンド需要が回復しない限り、ホテルも過当競争で共倒れの可能性がある。
宿泊滞在は外貨獲得産業として大きなポテンシャルを有するため、経済安全保障としても保護・育成が必要だ。また、中国資本の参入も豪州のように規制が必要である。マネーが本国へと還流し、ミサイルに化けるからだ。

47都道府県で確認された感染者数は1581万2611人で、死者数は3万5419人（昨年の2月17日から今年6月24日までのワクチン接種後死亡者1770人は含まず)。全数検査で急上昇した分母で、累積死亡率は0.22％へと更に減った。

8月31日現在、47都道府県で確認された累積感染者数は1896万7755人に対し、死者数は3万9955人（昨年の2月17日から今年7月22日までのワクチン接種後死亡者1795人は含まず)。全数検査によって分母が急上昇したが、累積死亡率は0.21％へと着実に減っている。
