なぜならば、4月と5月のインバウンドの平均値は※116万4350人で、アウトバウンドの平均値は※123万4000人と、相変わらず出国過多のままだからである。これにより、財務省レポートを待つまでもなく、5月の経常収支の中のサービス収支の中の旅行収支が再び赤字に戻る事はやぶさかでない。

たとえば、米国の国際観光収入は支出の1.5倍ある。また、中国も『サービス貿易』の改善に動き出した。2倍の不採算をみたからだ。この二つの大国の傾向はどうした事だろう？
21世紀の先進国の貿易は、サービス貿易の時代だからである。
日本はハードウェア産業に依存しすぎている。このまま日本の産業構造が変化しなければ、いずれ株価は急落するであろう。

【2014年上半期のインバウンド／アウトバウンド】Inbound / outbound of the first half of 2014
JNTOの広報によると、6月のインバウンド(訪日外客)は105万7100人。これに対し、アウトバウンド(邦人海外旅行)は129万6000人。相変わらず、約1.23倍のアウトバウンド過多である。
ところが、日本の新聞は前者の件しか国民に知らせない。そして、自らの経営上不利益になりかねない後者の件は避けたがる。大手旅行社が大事な広告主だからだ。
したがって日本では、経常収支に多大な貢献を及ぼすサービス貿易の一つが国際観光だとの認識が、まだまだ足りないのである。
JNTOは上半期集計(1月から6月迄)も広報した。インバウンドは626万0400人、アウトバウンドは801万6200人だ。むろん1.28倍のアウトバウンド過多である。
ただ、前年同期がインバウンド495万4585人に対し、アウトバウンド825万2583人の約1.67倍だった事から、今年上半期は微々たるも改善傾向にある事は分かる。
しかしながら、貿易収支に代わる経常収支改善の為のエンジンには程遠い。
この現状認識を改めない限り、サービス貿易大幅改善を目指す中国に先を越されるのは、時間の問題だといえよう。世界遺産シルクロードは、あまりにも魅力的だからである。

さて、今回も地域交流ブースでは、文化系を中心に観光パブリシティの配布を行った。取扱は順不同で、奈良県と宇陀市と奈良市、東紀州は紀北町、松阪市の文化施設(舟形埴輪で有名な文化財センターに、いま話題の長谷川邸、松坂城跡、松浦武四郎記念館、本居宣長記念館、歴史民族資料館、商人の館、斎宮)、そして、みなとまち鳥羽である。恒例の似顔絵画伯も健在だ。
幸い、日暮れと共に気候は安定、ブース参加者と来訪者間の会話も弾み、予期せぬ出会いや発見も多々あった。意思疎通は本当に大事である。

その金額は▲5075億円。過去最少を更新した。家計ならば破綻である。
内訳は、貿易収支が▲6兆1124億円、サービス収支が▲1兆5780億円、第一次所得収支が8兆3326億円、第二次所得収支が▲1兆1397億円である。
無理もない、輸出力が過去最低だ。そして過去の業績による内部留保が、いつまでも第一次所得収支の担保であり続けられる訳がない。
何故ならば世界経済は、日本が足踏みしている間にも外貨を稼ぎ成長し続けているからだ。借金マネーが国内でくるくる回るゼロサム状態では、金看板である成長戦略も偽りだと言わざるを得ない。
アベノミクス崩壊を避ける論理的方法は一つ。唯一の伸びしろである国際観光収支向上による地方への富の直接移転である。サービス収支の中のインバウンド収支は8734億円。これは過去最大なのである。
なお、サービス収支の足を引っ張っているのは、今年から計上先が貿易収支からサービス収支へと移された『その他サービス』だ。個別に前年と比べる事はできないのである。

当時の国債残高は▲889兆円。このまま増え続けると、三年後には借金の担保ともいえる国民資産を上回り、その結果、残高保証の一つを失って、利払いが大幅に増加する。しかも、増税してもそれは利払い費に充てられるだけで、国際金融筋の共通認識は、毎年10兆円の100年償還は不可能ともある。
待っているのは、破産か破滅かの何れかだ。
しかも、これはまだ東日本大震災前の話である。原発事故による巨額負債も無かったのだ。

そして現在の国債残高は、実に▲1000兆円超。経常収支も赤字に転落、当時の見通しよりも更に深刻な状況となっている。

だから、今のうちに日本政府は武器と原発の輸出で貿易収支を再び黒字化し、第一次所得収支の担保を増やす算段だ。
