インバウンド含まず　Foreign tourists are not included. 

　12月の数値が入ったのでグラフを完成させることができた。これで前年比を算出する事ができる。今年から遷宮イベントが始まったので伊勢・二見は102%。他の都市では軒並み前年割れとなる。伊賀市が95.5%、松阪市98%、鳥羽市94%、志摩市80%、そして菰野町が89%だ。大阪万博の影響もあるが、少子高齢化による日本人旅行者の減少が大きな問題だ。インバウンドが必須である。
　
Now that I have the December figures, I've completed the graph. This allows me to calculate year-on-year comparisons. With the start of the shrine relocation event this year, Ise and Futami are at 102%. Other cities are down from last year. Iga City 95.5%. Matsusaka City 98%. Toba City 94%. Shima City 80%. Komono Town 89%. The Osaka Expo is partly responsible, but the decline in Japanese tourists due to a declining birthrate and aging population is a major problem.

注記: 伊勢市最大の訪問者数を誇る伊勢神宮の内宮(皇大神宮)と、約4km離れた外宮(豊受大神宮)の参拝者数の内訳は、内宮が約505万7千人、外宮が約266万8千人で、併せて約772万人となる。両宮参拝の割合は約半分強だ。宿泊施設への投資には、データの二重カウントを見逃さないよう注意する必要がある。実数はもっと少ない。
Note: Ise Jingu Grand Shrine boasts the largest number of visitors in Ise City. The breakdown of the number of visitors between the Naiku (Kotaijingu) and the Gekū (Toyouke Daijingu), located about 4km away, is as follows: Naiku had approximately 5,057,000 visitors, and Gekū had approximately 2,668,000. The total is approximately 7,720,000. Just over half visit both shrines. When investing in accommodation, you need to be careful not to overlook double counting of data. the actual number is much smaller.
